By accessing or using Royal Bookkeeping Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure clear expectations, professional boundaries, and a smooth working relationship for all clients.

1. Scope of Services

Royal Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping and financial organization services only. We do not offer tax preparation, legal advice, or CPA‑level services. All financial decisions made based on our reports or guidance are the responsibility of the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information. Delays or inaccuracies in the information provided may affect the quality and timeliness of services

3. Communication & Response Times

We strive to respond to all client messages within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. Communication outside of business hours may be addressed the next business day.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Consultations and service meetings must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing bookkeeping services. We do not share or sell client data.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, Royal Bookkeeping Services is not liable for financial losses, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services or reports.

8. Website Use

All content on this website—including text, branding, and design—is the property of Royal Bookkeeping Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of any changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations:

All free consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed or last‑minute cancellations may limit future booking availability.

Monthly Services:
Because bookkeeping services involve time, labor, and ongoing work, all payments made toward monthly services are non‑refundable. If you choose to discontinue services, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Project‑Based or Cleanup Services:

Payments for cleanup or project‑based work are non‑refundable once work has begun. If you need to pause or stop a project, you will be responsible for the portion of work completed up to that point.

Service Cancellations:

Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. Work will continue through the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Provider Cancellations:

Royal Bookkeeping Services reserves the right to cancel or pause services in cases of non‑payment, lack of communication, or failure to provide required documents.
